The purchase process was a pleasure. My sales person Jon was great to deal with. Even James in the finance department was a good guy. If you go there you got to check out the automatic coffee machine in the waiting area, it must have cost a small fortune.

The team provided clear communication, detailed explanations, photos, and included everything properly in the recommended repair documentation. The transparency throughout the process made a big difference and helped build trust. I hope this level of service continues going forward, as it is exactly what I expect as a customer and the reason I am keeping this as a 5-star experience.
