I mostly Deal with Juan, honestly he is the reason I have been buying a lot of cars over the years from Fette... If he wasn't around I would probably move on. He is so helpful, Honest, and knowledgeable and treats us with the respect customers deserve! Prior to Juan it was Charles with the same accolades.
They were all great! They were very helpful. They were all so nice. The dealership was so clean and well taken care of.
1)The car (detailing) was not satisfactory at time of pick up. There were black spots around the front, sides and dirty handles. 2) At deposit, we were told Fette could not keep the car for 6 days on the lot as that was my preference to pick up the car. 3) Both key fobs had battery warnings, and I needed to buy new batteries day 2 of having car.
