FETTE 3 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY:

A Fette vehicle purchased can be exchanged for another vehicle in-stock of equal or greater value, within 3 calendar days of purchase. This is provided no more than 100 additional miles are added to the original mileage at delivery. The vehicle if returned must be free of any scratches, accidents, spills or odors. It will be subject to an inspection of mechanical and drivability. If the vehicle has any damage or wear and tear discovered, the customer will remain in the original vehicle purchased. This exchange policy is allowed only once.

FETTE FREE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

The Fette vehicle purchase comes with a one-year, 12,000-mile complimentary maintenance program. Free oil changes and tire rotation give the customer a year to experience the Fette Service department. This complimentary program is funded by Fette Auto Companies and is offered on all new Ford and Kia vehicles. It is also offered on all Ford, Kia and INFINITI used vehicles plus with all other used vehicle brands sold retail, at the Fette dealership. This maintenance program can only be utilized at the Fette Service locations. New INFINITI vehicles do not qualify because INFINITI presently offers complimentary maintenance coverage on their new 2023 models from the manufacturer.

Every new and used vehicle purchased from Fette will include complimentary lifetime exterior car washes to the original owner with every scheduled maintenance done at the Fette Service department. Our Service department has a car wash located on the Fette premises for the convenience of our customers.
