I’ve been taking my G37 to INFINITI of Englewood for years, but their renovations forced me to try Fette INFINITI. That was a mistake. The team provided clear communication, detailed explanations, photos, and included everything properly in the recommended repair documentation. your booking software not working right. They could not find me on Friday. Funny thing is I've been coming since 2016 but 10 years you couldn't find me in system. Then on Saturday after my service was on Friday, I received text stating I missed my Friday appoint. Throw out the system and start again. I have complained before of this issue happening to me. Not all the time, but 2-4 times over the years. But I must say after 10 years not finding my name in the system was a doozy.

Everyone was very helpful and nice, explained everything thoroughly, got my car same day. Only thing was my car was not fully tanked, car was not fully cleaned (steering wheel has stains and smoking wraps found under car seat)

Nick is simply the best.called because my car wouldn't start, explained and he knew exactly the issue. The next day he drove to my place personally, jumped the battery and car started. Dennis was very professional and moved fast in securing the car we needed. He didn't over promise. Gave me realistic expectations and If anything he underpromised and over delivered.
