Going to a dealership is typically something I really don't enjoy doing. It's high pressure sales, hours and hours at a dealership but this was VERY different. My experience was very easy!! They offered me a great deal, didn't change terms, were so pleasant to work with and had me in and out !!

They were all great! They were very helpful. They were all so nice. The dealership was so clean and well taken care of.
1)The car (detailing) was not satisfactory at time of pick up. There were black spots around the front, sides and dirty handles. 2) At deposit, we were told Fette could not keep the car for 6 days on the lot as that was my preference to pick up the car. 3) Both key fobs had battery warnings, and I needed to buy new batteries day 2 of having car.
